How does the Promote to Next Year feature work?+
At the end of each academic year, click the "Promote to Next Year" button in your admin panel. The system moves every student up one class — Class 1 becomes Class 2, Class 9 becomes Class 10, and so on. You can mark exceptions (students who are held back or leaving). New roll numbers are auto-generated. The entire school's history is preserved and the new academic year starts fresh. What used to take 3 days now takes 5 minutes.
What is Sub-Admin and how does it protect my sensitive data?+
Sub-Admin lets you create accounts for office staff with limited access. For example, your fee clerk can log in, collect fees, and view attendance — but cannot see teacher salaries, system settings, or other sensitive data. You configure exactly what each sub-admin can do. All actions are logged in an audit trail, so you always know who did what.
Do teachers and parents need to download a separate app?+
Yes — there are separate Android apps for teachers and parents/students. The apps are free to download from the Play Store. Admin uses the web browser. Teachers use the Teacher App to mark attendance, enter marks, and assign homework. Parents use the Parent App to receive notifications, view fee receipts, check timetables, and more. All apps work on basic Android phones — no high-end device required.
Is the ₹20/student price for all features or just basic attendance?+

Yes — the Complete plan supports multiple schools under one correspondent or management group. Each school has its own independent data, staff, and students.
