Go to Admin → Notification Settings from the left menu.

The page shows all notification flows — each flow can trigger an SMS and/or a push notification (Built-in Message).

For each flow, check 📱 SMS to enable SMS, check 🔔 Built-in Message to enable push notification.

Click Save Settings to apply all changes.

The following events trigger notifications when enabled:

Attendance: Student Absent — sent to parent when student marked absent.

Attendance: Student Late — sent to parent when student marked late.

Attendance: Below 75% — sent to parent when attendance drops below 75%.

Fee: Due Reminder — sent to parent when fee due date is approaching.

Fee: Overdue — sent to parent when fee is past due date.

Fee: Payment Received — sent to parent/student when fee payment is recorded.

Exam: Schedule Published — sent to students and parents when exam schedule is published.

Exam: Marks Published — sent to students and parents when marks are finalized.

Hostel: Gate Pass Approved — sent to student when gate pass is approved.

Hostel: Gate Pass Rejected — sent to student when gate pass is rejected.

Hostel: Medical Alert — sent to parent when a medical event is logged for the student.

Leave: Teacher Leave Approved/Rejected — sent to teacher.

Leave: Student Leave Approved/Rejected — sent to student and parent.

Activity: New Activity Published — sent to students/parents when a new activity is available.

Activity: Enrollment Accepted/Rejected/Waitlisted/Reminder — sent to student.
