How to create and manage Sub-Admins (Admin — Web)

💻
Web Steps
1
Go to Admin → Sub-Admins from the left menu.
2
Click + Add Sub-Admin.
3
Select the staff member from the Teachers list — sub-admins must be existing teacher accounts.
4
For each module (Students, Teachers, Fees, Attendance, etc.), set the access level: Manage (full access), View (read-only), or None (no access).
5
Click Save. The teacher now has sub-admin access to the modules you configured.
6
Sub-admins log in with their teacher credentials and see only the modules they have access to.
7
To edit permissions, click the edit icon next to the sub-admin and update the access levels.
8
To remove sub-admin access, delete the sub-admin record — the teacher account is not affected.
💡 Tips & Notes

View access allows the sub-admin to see data but not make changes. Manage access allows full create, edit, and delete. Settings, Academic Years, Roll Numbers, Classes, Subjects, and User management are always restricted to the main admin only.
