How to create a Sub-Admin with custom permissions (Admin — Web)

💻
Web Steps
1
Log in as the Main Admin at vennsilix.com — only the Main Admin can create Sub-Admin accounts, not another Sub-Admin.
2
Go to Admin → Sub-Admins from the left menu.
3
Click Add Sub-Admin.
4
Enter Name and Phone — both required.
5
Email is optional.
6
Set a Password for this account.
7
Under Module Privileges, set the access level for each module individually: Manage gives full access (view and edit), View gives read-only access, and No Access hides that module entirely for this account.
8
Set each module according to what this staff member actually needs — for example, Manage on Fees, View on Attendance, and No Access to Exams.
9
Click Save.
💡 Tips & Notes

A Sub-Admin can never create another Sub-Admin, no matter what permissions they're given — this ability belongs only to the Main Admin, and helps prevent access from spreading beyond what you originally intended. You can come back and adjust any Sub-Admin's module privileges at any time by editing their account.
